As the Rotary Club of New Manila East entered its Ruby Year under the leadership of Ruby President Karlo Benjamin Nisce, the club stood not merely on the strength of its distinguished past, but on a deeper commitment to Magis, the deliberate choice to do more, to be more, and to serve more meaningfully. This milestone year was shaped by a clear understanding that Rotary’s impact is not sustained by symbolism or spectacle, but by disciplined excellence, principled leadership, and a relentless pursuit of higher standards in service.

The journey from Magic to Magis reflects a maturation of purpose. Rather than viewing Rotary service as something mystical or abstract, RCNME embraced Magis as a lived ethic, an active expression of Service Above Self translated into action, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
